Dayıoğlu Law Firm & International ADR Center acts as mediator in disputes that can be resolved through mediation in the course of mandatory mediation and optional mediation serving to Turkish and foreign natural and legal persons from all sectors.

By virtue of its expert mediators admitted to Ministry of Justice Legal Affairs Directorate Mediation Department of Republic of Turkey, Dayıoğlu Law Firm & International ADR Center takes part in resolution of disputes through mediation where the mediation is mandatory pre-condition to litigation under Turkish Law in domestic affairs.

Dayıoğlu Law Firm & International ADR Center assumes its role as mediator in mediation in Civil Disputes Law No. 6325, Turkish Commercial Law N. 6102, Labour Courts Law No. 7036, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Law No. 1136 on Advocacy and other national legislation.
